So, I was just watching The Lightning Thief, and in the beginning Zeus goes to Poseidon and says something like, "If your son is the lightning thief, I will send him to the depths of Tartarus!" See anything coincidental there?
Percy, 4 years, 7 books later, is in Tartarus.
Just thought I'd share that with all of you!

DeleteHm.. Interesting. But I highly doubt that Riordan shared his 2012 BOOK plans with the 2009 MOVIE makers (Technically it came out in 2010, but the movie was MADE in 2009). He always denies association with the movie, so I really don't think he'd tell them about that.
