Could you do a post on Percy's mom?
Well, as I said, I will post anything [within reason] that is suggested, so here is a post about Percy's Mom (AKA Sally Jackson)..the only problem is, the comment was very vague, and I'm not exactly sure what you want to know about her, but I'll try my best.
Talking generally, Sally is an extremely kind, understanding, and passionate women. She is one of few mortals who possesses the power to see through the mist. Percy has described her as the best person in the world, and it is clear she is a wonderful mother to him. She has not been known to speak unkindly to anyway, and she never complains. Her level of mental endurance is clear, as she put up with [Smelly] Gabe for nearly ten years, just to keep Percy safe.
Sally is described as having a sweet voice, and always smells of goodies you would find in a candy shop. She has a warm smile, and straight, long brown hair. Despite the few grey strands in her hair, she does not look old. Her eyes are sparkly blue, and it has been said that they change colors in the light. Ultimately, she is described as a very beautiful women.
Now, some fun facts about Sally include that she talks more when she is nervous (as stated in The Titan's Curse). She knows about the Greek myths, as she named her son Perseus, and knew how to avoid the Minotaur. She is the only known mother of a child of the Big Three who isn't dead.
Despite playing a supporting role in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, she has rarely been mentioned in The Heroes of Olympus series, only being mentioned during the searches for Percy. It is likely, in my opinion, that she will appear at the end of The Blood of Olympus, at least if only for Percy to tell her he is safe (as he hadn't had contact with her since he was abducted by Hera prior to The Lost Hero).
Sally Jackson was played by Catherine Keener in The Lightning Thief film.
Thanks for Reading, and please, keep leaving me your suggestions!
